1. Acceptance
By using ConXbyte's website, app, or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service description
ConXbyte provides on-demand doorstep EV diagnostic and maintenance services through certified technicians and partner garages.
3. Booking and payments
Bookings are confirmed only after payment authorisation. Prices shown in-app are final. Additional parts will be quoted before installation.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before the scheduled slot. Later cancellations incur a 25% service charge.
5. Workmanship warranty
All ConXbyte services carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. Parts carry the OEM's standard warranty.
6. Liability
ConXbyte's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate vehicle information, ensure technician safety at the service location, and not misuse the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime from settings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
