Refund Policy

The ₹10,000 setup fee is fully refundable within 60 days of go-live if ConXbyte does not deliver a working AI sales floor for your brokerage.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel anytime; service continues until the period ends.

To request a refund, email kushalbiliyara@conxbyte.com from the brokerage owner's address. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
